RiNAcyc tool is compiled for 32-bit & 64-bit Windows OS. The tool needs Python 2.7.x pre-installed on the system for its execution.

Instructions: The guidelines to run the tool is provided as FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) on the menu bar of the RiNAcyc. Upon installation, users can see three sample input files within the installed directory which can be used to test the tool.

SoCeR tool allows you to gauge as well as compare the propensity of the ceRNAs (competing endogenous RNAs) of a gene of interest and precisely envisages which among a ceRNA pair exerts a stronger pull on the shared miRNA pool.
